הצהרת נגישות

פאפגאי דיגיטל בע"מ (להלן: "החברה") רואה באתר papagay.co.il שירות שצריך להיות פתוח לכולם. האתר נבנה מחדש בשנת 2026, ובבנייה מחדש זו הנגישות לא נוספה בסופו של התהליך אלא הייתה חלק מהאופן שבו האתר נכתב.

האתר נבנה לעמידה בהנחיות WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA — הרמה שאומצה בתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 ובתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013.

מה נעשה באתר

• מבנה סמנטי: כותרת H1 אחת בכל עמוד והיררכיית כותרות תקינה, אזורי ניווט (landmarks) מוגדרים, וקישור "דילוג לתוכן" שהוא הפריט הראשון בסדר המקלדת.
• הפעלה מלאה במקלדת: כל קישור, כפתור ופקד באתר ניתן להפעלה במקלדת בלבד, בסדר הגיוני, עם סימון מיקוד (focus) נראה לעין. חלונות שנפתחים — תפריט הניווט ולוח הנגישות — לוכדים את המיקוד בתוכם, נסגרים במקש Esc, ומחזירים את המיקוד לכפתור שפתח אותם.
• ניגודיות צבעים: כל שילובי הצבע והטקסט באתר נמדדו מול לוח הצבעים של המותג ועומדים לפחות ביחס 4.5:1 לטקסט רגיל ו-3:1 לטקסט גדול ולגבולות של רכיבי ממשק.
• טקסט חלופי: לכל תמונה נושאת מידע יש טקסט חלופי המתאר אותה; תמונות דקורטיביות מסומנות ככאלה כדי שקוראי מסך יוכלו לדלג עליהן ולא יקריאו רעש מיותר.
• תנועה: האתר מכבד את הגדרת "הפחתת תנועה" (prefers-reduced-motion) של מערכת ההפעלה — כשהיא פעילה, אנימציות הגלילה, לולאת הווידאו והגלילה הרכה אינם פועלים. אין באתר הבהובים.
• טקסט מתאים לשינוי גודל: כל גדלי הגופן באתר נמדדים ביחידות יחסיות, כך שהגדלת הטקסט בדפדפן פועלת על כל האתר מבלי שהתוכן ייחתך או ייעלם.
• טפסים: אין באתר טפסי יצירת קשר. כל לחצני "צור קשר" פותחים שיחת וואטסאפ, וקישורי טלפון ודוא"ל מסומנים ככאלה.

לוח העדפות התצוגה

בכל עמוד באתר, בצד ימין של המסך, נמצא כפתור נגישות הפותח לוח קטן של העדפות תצוגה: גודל טקסט (רגיל / גדול / גדול מאוד), ניגודיות גבוהה, עצירת תנועה, הדגשת קישורים בקו תחתון, וגופן קריא. הבחירה נשמרת בדפדפן שלכם וחלה על כל עמוד שתפתחו באתר.

חשוב להבהיר: זהו אינו "תוסף נגישות" או סרגל נגישות של צד שלישי. תוסף כזה הוא קוד חיצוני שסורק עמוד מוגמר ומנסה לתקן אותו בזמן אמת; חמש ההעדפות כאן כתובות בקוד של האתר עצמו והאתר הוא שמכבד אותן. כיבוי של כל חמש ההעדפות משאיר את אותו האתר, שנבנה לפי אותו התקן, מתחתיו.

מגבלות ידועות

אנחנו מעדיפים לומר במפורש מה עדיין לא מושלם:

• סרטוני יוטיוב המוטמעים בעמוד תיק העבודות מנוגנים בנגן של יוטיוב, ורמת הנגישות שלו — כולל הכתוביות — היא באחריות יוטיוב ולא באחריותנו. הסרטונים נטענים רק בלחיצה, ולכל אחד מהם יש כותרת טקסט בעמוד עצמו.
• סרטון הרקע בעמוד הבית הוא דקורטיבי בלבד: הוא ללא פס קול, אינו נושא מידע, ומוסתר מקוראי מסך. אין בו תוכן שאפשר לפספס.
• "קונסולת הסוכן" בעמוד Agentic AI היא הדגמה חזותית בלבד. היא מוסתרת מטכנולוגיות מסייעות, והמידע שהיא ממחישה כתוב כטקסט רגיל בעמוד לידה.
• אם בחרתם "עצירת תנועה" בזמן שעמוד הבית כבר פתוח, תנועת המצלמה על סרטון הרקע נעצרת בפריים נייח ולא ממשיכה — אך היא אינה מופעלת מחדש עד לטעינת עמוד. בחירה שנעשתה לפני הכניסה לאתר מונעת אותה מלכתחילה.

כיצד נבדק האתר

האתר נבדק בשילוב של בדיקות אוטומטיות בכלי axe-core ובדיקות ידניות — מעבר מלא על כל עמוד במקלדת בלבד, בדיקת סדר המיקוד וסימונו, מדידת ניגודיות בפועל, בדיקת התנהגות האתר בהגדלת טקסט ובמצב "הפחתת תנועה", ובדיקה בכל רוחבי המסך שהאתר תומך בהם. איננו טוענים לתקן מאושר, לתעודת הסמכה או לביקורת חיצונית — לא נערכה כזו. אנחנו מתארים כאן מה נבנה ומה נבדק.

דיווח על תקלת נגישות

אם נתקלתם בעמוד, ברכיב או בתוכן שאינם נגישים עבורכם — נשמח שתספרו לנו, ונתקן. פרטי רכזת הנגישות (שם, טלפון ודוא"ל), כתובת החברה הרשומה, לחצן לפתיחת שיחת וואטסאפ ותאריך העדכון האחרון של ההצהרה מרוכזים כולם בתיבה שבתחתית העמוד הזה. נשתדל לחזור אליכם תוך שני ימי עסקים.

Introduction

Papagay Digital Ltd. (the “Company”) treats papagay.co.il as a service that should be open to everyone. The site was rebuilt in 2026, and in that rebuild accessibility was not added at the end — it is part of how the site was written.

The site is built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA — the level adopted by Israeli Standard IS 5568 and by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Services) Regulations, 5773–2013.

What was done

• Semantic structure: one H1 per page and a correct heading order, named landmark regions, and a “Skip to content” link that is the first item in the keyboard order.
• Full keyboard operation: every link, button and control on the site can be operated from the keyboard alone, in a sensible order, with a visible focus indicator. The two things that open over the page — the navigation menu and the accessibility panel — keep focus inside themselves, close on Esc, and return focus to the button that opened them.
• Colour contrast: every text-and-background pair on the site was measured against the brand palette and meets at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and for the boundaries of interface components.
• Alternative text: every image that carries information has alt text describing it; decorative images are marked as decorative so screen readers skip them rather than reading noise aloud.
• Motion: the site honours the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting — with it on, the scroll animations, the looping video and the smooth scrolling do not run. Nothing on the site flashes.
• Resizable text: every font size on the site is expressed in relative units, so the browser’s own text-size setting enlarges the whole site without content being cut off or lost.
• Forms: there are no contact forms on this site. Every “Contact us” control opens a WhatsApp conversation, and telephone and e-mail links are marked as such.

The display-preferences panel

On every page, at the right-hand edge of the screen, there is an accessibility button that opens a small panel of display preferences: text size (normal, large, or extra large), a higher-contrast palette, stopping motion, underlined links, and a plainer typeface. Your choice is remembered in your browser and applied to every page you open on this site.

To be clear about what this is: it is not an accessibility overlay or third-party toolbar widget. An overlay is external code that reads a finished page and tries to repair it at runtime; these five preferences are written into this site’s own code, and it is the site itself that honours them. Switching all five off leaves the same site, built to the same standard, underneath.

Known limitations

We would rather say plainly what is not yet perfect:

• YouTube videos embedded on the Portfolio page play in YouTube’s own player, and its accessibility — captions included — is YouTube’s responsibility rather than ours. The videos load only when you click them, and each one has a text title on the page itself.
• The background video on the home page is purely decorative: it has no soundtrack, carries no information, and is hidden from screen readers. There is nothing in it to miss.
• The “agent console” on the Agentic AI page is a visual demonstration only. It is hidden from assistive technology, and everything it illustrates is written as ordinary text on the page beside it.
• If you turn “Stop motion” on while the home page is already open, the camera movement over the background video settles to a still frame rather than continuing — but it is not restarted until the page is loaded again. Choosing it before you arrive prevents it from starting at all.

How the site was tested

The site was tested with a combination of automated checks using axe-core and manual checks — a full keyboard-only pass over every page, verification of focus order and focus visibility, measured colour contrast, the site’s behaviour under enlarged text and under “reduce motion”, and a pass at every screen width the site supports. We do not claim a certified standard, a certificate of conformance, or an external audit — none was carried out. What we describe here is what was built and what was tested.

Reporting an accessibility problem

If you meet a page, a control or a piece of content that does not work for you, please tell us and we will fix it. The accessibility coordinator’s name, telephone number and e-mail address, the Company’s registered address, a button that opens a WhatsApp conversation, and the date this statement was last reviewed are collected together in the block at the foot of this page. We aim to reply within two business days.
